Listening to SBWH podcasts has changed my life. I think, react, listen, exercise and eat differently. I have endured negative mental chatter my entire life. I didn’t know how to quiet my mind until I invited Maggie and Kelly in.  Their willingness to share their vulnerability allowed me to look at mine. I started yoga and embraced the Paleo Shift. I felt a calmness and clarity that was addicting! Kelly guided me through my first half marathon and I haven’t looked back!  Kelly taught me to run grateful and that is enough!!! I continue to run and find success in my daily life.
