Resistance stops us and holds us back when we are trying to move forward. Excuse making is the most common way that resistance show up in our lives. There is always some reason we can think of to stop us from following through. We can make excuses be real by structuring our lives around them.
We can combat resistance by being mindful of what excuses we are making and calling ourselves out on them.
